Summary, etc. | Cette recherche s’inscrit dans le contexte de la formation initiale des enseignants à la Haute École pédagogique du canton de Vaud en Suisse, dans le cadre d’un échange interculturel entre la Suisse et l’Italie. Les étudiants sont encouragés à prendre une posture de décentrement sur leur expérience par le biais de l’écriture réflexive qui accompagne leurs apprentissages. Cet article vise à montrer que l’utilisation d’une écriture réflexive à forte dimension biographique a des effets de conscientisation et de réappropriation du vécu. L’expérience subjective devient alors un outil d’autoformation et favorise un pouvoir d’apprendre ainsi qu’un pouvoir d’émancipation chez les futurs enseignants. |

Summary, etc. | This research is part of the initial training of teachers at the Haute École Pédagogique in the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland, as part of an intercultural exchange between Switzerland and Italy. Students are encouraged to take a meta posture on their experience of decentering through the reflective writing that accompanies their learning. This article demonstrates that the use of reflexive writing with a strong biographical dimension has effects of awareness and reappropriation of experience. The subjective experience then becomes a tool for self-training and promotes a power to learn as well as a power of emancipation among future teachers. |
