| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette étude est de partager les résultats intermédiaires issus d’une recherche doctorale en cours, qui reposent sur des enquêtes du type ethnographique. La recherche porte sur une étude de cas menée en collaboration avec l’Agence gouvernementale de développement au Togo, et notamment avec ses facilitateurs de développement, mandatés pour accompagner le développement communautaire. La recherche s’attache à explorer et à comprendre la complexité des apprentissages par lesquels les facilitateurs travaillant dans le cadre d’un Programme de développement communautaire en zones urbaines au Togo construisent et donnent sens à l’accompagnement qui est au cœur de leur travail. |

| Summary, etc. | The objective of this study is to share the intermediate results of ongoing doctoral research, which are based on ethnographic type surveys. The research focuses on a case study conducted in collaboration with a government development Agency in Togo, and in particular with its development facilitators, mandated to accompany community development. The research seeks to explore and understand the complexity of the learning by which facilitators working in Urban Community Development Program in Togo build and give meaning to the accompaniment that is at the centre of their work. |
