Summary, etc. | RésuméLe système scolaire espagnol vit des moments de changements à travers le débat sur le rôle des écoles dans la société, les problèmes émergents associés à la diversité au sens large, l’intégration réelle des technologies de l’information et de la communication, la redéfinition du rôle de l’enseignant, etc. Mais il n’y a pas que l’école qui change. Dans le contexte espagnol, nous assistons à la rénovation des structures universitaires, une initiative née du « Processus de Bologne ». Ainsi, la formation des futurs enseignants espagnols qui exerceront à des niveaux non-universitaires se trouve prise dans une double réforme depuis 2002, affrontant d’une part les changements sociaux et normatifs des niveaux éducatifs non-universitaires et d’autre part, les changements de l’Éducation Supérieure dans l’Espace Européen. Dans cette recherche, nous allons évoquer les directives nationales ; mais comme la répartition du pouvoir politique entre les Communautés Autonomes offre une certaine diversité, nous examinerons l’exemple de la Communauté d’Estrémadure. |

Summary, etc. | Educational inclusion and training of teachers in the European Union : the Spanish case studyThe Spanish Education System is experiencing a period of significant change including : the debate on the role of schools in society, emerging problems associated with diversity in its broadest sense, the incorporation of information and communication technologies, and teachers’ new roles. However, not only schools are changing. Within the Spanish context, arising from Bologna Process, Universities are involved in the updating of their structures. Since 2002, Degrees for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Education are the subject of a dual reform, facing up social and legislative changes of non-university educational levels and, at the same time, the establishment of the European Higher Education Area. This research provides national guidelines about ordinary and special education needs, given that we can find some differences among Autonomous Communities, different examples from the educational provision in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura are offered. |

Summary, etc. | Inclusión escolar y formación de docentes en la unión europea : el caso españolEl sistema escolar español está viviendo momentos de cambios : el debate sobre el papel de las escuelas en la sociedad, problemas emergentes asociados a diversidad en su más amplio sentido, la incorporación real de las tecnologías de la información, la reelaboración del papel docente, etc. Pero no sólo cambia la escuela. En el contexto español asistimos a un proceso de renovación de las estructuras universitarias derivados del “Proceso de Bolonia”. Así, la formación superior de los futuros docentes españoles de los niveles no universitarios se encuentra inmersa en una doble reforma desde 2002, afrontando los cambios sociales y normativos de los niveles escolares y al, mismo tiempo, los que se producen en el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. En esta investigación se ofrecen las directrices nacionales para docentes ordinarios y de educación especial y, dado la diversidad que podemos encontrar por el ordenamiento político en Comunidades Autónomas, se ejemplifica con la realidad escolar de la Comunidad Educativa Extremadura. |
