Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse aux enjeux de l’extension institutionnelle des relations entre éducation et territoire (décentralisation éducative, projets éducatifs locaux, etc.). Après avoir fait le constat que les relations entre éducation et territoire contribuent au brouillage des partitions anciennes entre l’école et le hors école, l’éducation formelle et informelle, l’article interroge le sens politique et éducatif de ce brouillage. Il montre que la tendance actuelle à l’articulation des différentes sphères éducatives, si elle permet de lutter contre certains cloisonnements institutionnels et administratifs, rebat également les cartes entre éducation et socialisation, éducation et loisirs, voire éducation et contrôle social. L’article développe ainsi une analyse sur les enjeux et les risques inhérents à cette forme d’homogénéisation éducative sans « contres pouvoirs » éducatifs par l’affaiblissement des espaces éducatifs alternatifs. |

Summary, etc. | This article focuses on the challenges of the institutional extension of relations between education and territory (educational decentralization, local educational projects, etc.). After observing that the relationship between education and territory contributes to the blurring of the old divisions between school and out-of-school, formal and informal education, the article questions the political and educational meaning of this blurring. It shows that the current trend trying to articulate the various educational spheres, while making it possible to fight against some institutional and administrative compartmentalisation, also reshuffles the cards between education and socialisation, education and leisure, and even education and social control. The article thus develops an analysis of the issues and risks inherent in this form of educational homogenization without educational “counter-powers” through the weakening of alternative educational spaces. |

Summary, etc. | Este artículo se interesa por lo que se juega en la extensión institucional de las relaciones entre educación y territorio (descentralización educativa, proyectos educativos locales, etc). Tras haber constatado que las relaciones entre educación y territorio contribuyen a la interferencia de las antiguas divisiones entre la escuela y lo que está fuera de la escuela, entre la educación formal y la informal, el artículo reflexiona sobre el sentido político y educativo de estas interferencias. Demuestra que la tendencia actual a la estructuración de las diferentes esferas educativas, si bien permite luchar contra ciertas compartimentaciones institucionales y administrativas, también reorganiza los límites entre educación y socialización, entre educación y ocio, incluso entre educación y control social. El artículo desarrolla así un análisis de los retos y los riesgos inherentes a esta forma de homogeneización educativa sin “contra poderes” educativos por medio del debilitamiento de los espacios alternativos. |
