| Summary, etc. | Nous partons ici du constat d’une tension entre la volonté de former les enseignants à la bienveillance et le sentiment que ces derniers peuvent éprouver de ne pas être traités eux-mêmes avec bienveillance par l’institution scolaire (1). Nous restituons ensuite brièvement une généalogie de cette notion de bienveillance et l’histoire de son émergence contemporaine dans la société et dans l’école, puis présentons deux conceptualisations complémentaires de la bienveillance inscrites dans la société des individus (2). Introduire la notion d’ exemplarité nous permet ensuite d’envisager comment il est possible et peut-être nécessaire pour former à la bienveillance de former avec bienveillance (3). Ces réflexions sont menées d’un point de vue de philosophe de l’éducation inscrit dans le champ des sciences de l’éducation. |

| Summary, etc. | We start with the observation of a tension between the wish to train these teachers in benevolence and the impression they may have of not being treated with benevolence by the school institution (1). We briefly reconstruct a genealogy of this notion and the history of its contemporary emergence in society and at school, then present two complementary conceptualizations of benevolence inscribed in the society of individuals (2). Introducing the notion of exemplarity finally allows us to show how it is both possible and necessary to form benevolence with benevolence (3). These reflections are conducted from the point of view of a philosopher of education within the field of educational sciences. |

| Summary, etc. | Empezamos con la constatacion de una tensión entre la voluntad de entrenar a los profesores en la benevolencia y el sentimiento que pueden tener de no estar tratado con benevolencia por la institución educativa (1). Secundo, detallamos brevemente una genealogía de la noción de benevolencia y la historia de su aparición contemporánea en la sociedad y en la escuela, y presentamos dos conceptualizaciones complementarias de la benevolencia que se encuentran en la sociedad de los individuales (2). Tercero, introducir la noción de ejemplaridad nos permite demostrar la posibilidad y la necesidad de entrenar con benevolencia para entrenar en la benevolencia (3). Estas reflexiones se hacen desde el punto de vista de un filósofo de la educación en el ámbito de las ciencias de la educación. |
