| Summary, etc. | Qu’est-ce qui permet, en Algérie, à des entrepreneurs et des dirigeants de PME en situation hostile de dépasser les contraintes entrepreneuriales exceptionnelles de leur environnement ? Ce travail expose une analyse empirique à propos des conventions de comportement qu’adoptent des entrepreneurs algériens en situation de déficit de gouvernance et de régulation après une période coloniale et un schéma régulationniste industrialisant. En recourant à la théorie des grandeurs, nous observons que les entrepreneurs qui réussissent dans des environnements particulièrement hostiles, se référent à des traductions de représentations des mondes perçus et vécus et s’orientent vers des compromis qui permettent d’optimiser les situations, les objets, les compétences et les engagements. |

| Summary, etc. | Algerian Entrepreneurship Facing a Lack of Inclusive Governance: A Conventionalist Approach to Explain the Entrepreneur’s Behavior in a Hostile EnvironmentWhat makes, in Algeria, to entrepreneurs and SME managers in hostile environments to overcome the constraints of their exceptional entrepreneurial environment ? This work presents an empirical analysis about the conventions of behavior being adopted by Algerian entrepreneurs in deficit of governance and regulation after a colonial period and a scheme of regulationist industrializing. By using the « theory of magnitudes », we find that successful entrepreneurs in hostile environments, refer to translations of representations of the worlds perceived and experienced and are moving toward compromise to optimize situations, objects, skills and commitments. |
