| Summary, etc. | Le mouvement populaire engagé à travers toute l’Algérie en février 2019 ne poursuit, dans ses expressions individuelles ou ses manifestations collectives, qu’un seul but : obtenir du pouvoir qu’il mette fin aux atteintes portées depuis trop longtemps à l’intégrité de tous et de chacun et qu’il cède la place à un État de droit. Cette contribution est à la fois l’occasion d’un retour sur l’histoire constitutionnelle heurtée de l’Algérie et d’une réflexion sur les conditions d’instauration d’un État de droit robuste et durable. |

| Summary, etc. | The popular movement that began throughout Algeria in February 2019 has only one goal in its individual and collective expressions: to obtain from the authorities an end to the attacks that have been carried out for too long on the integrity of each and every one and to make way for the rule of law.
