Summary, etc. | RésuméL’évaluation de la qualité dans le domaine de la santé est spécifique. Certaines variables individuelles et d’autres liées au séjour risquent d’affecter la perception du patient de la qualité du service hospitalier et par conséquent sa satisfaction. Dans cette recherche, nous avons essayé de répondre à la problématique suivante : les variables individuelles du patient et les variables liées au séjour jouent-elles un rôle modérateur sur la relation qualité-satisfaction ? Nous avons élaboré un modèle conceptuel que nous avons validé empiriquement. Les résultats montre l’effet modérateur de certaines variables liées au patient et d’autres au séjour sur la relation qualité perçue-satisfaction. |

Summary, etc. | Service quality evaluation is specific. Some personal variables and stay variables can influence patient’s perception of hospital service quality and consequently his satisfaction. In this research, we tried to answer to this question: do personal variables and stay variables have an influence on perceived quality-satisfaction relation? We created a conceptual model which was empirically validated. Results show the moderating role of certain personal variables and stay variables on perceived quality-satisfaction relation. |
