| Summary, etc. | La prière fait partie de l’humanité. Car dans la prière, nous exprimons nos capacités émotionnelle et relationnelle. Sans émotion ni relation aux autres et à Dieu, l’homme dépérit. La prière est un temps d’arrêt pour trouver dans l’intériorité une référence. La prière comme bénédiction transforme ma relation aux hommes. Dans la prière, les émotions sont purifiées, ce qui favorise les bonnes relations. La prière est rencontre avec Dieu, dans laquelle je me retrouve aussi moi-même. Et la prière nous décharge de nos ruminations et des évaluations continuelles de ce que nous faisons. |

| Summary, etc. | Prayer is part of human existence. For in prayer, we express our emotional and relational capacities. Without emotion or a relationship with others and with God, human beings perish. Prayer is a time to stop and seek a point of reference through interiority. Prayer as a blessing transforms my relationship to human beings. In prayer, emotions are purified, which fosters good relationships. Prayer is an encounter with God in which I also find myself. And prayer frees us up from our constant ruminations and evaluations of what we are doing. |
