| Summary, etc. | Nous explorons la coconstruction des objets de soin, à travers l’étude d’une collection de treize consultations en Centre de soin, d’accompagnement et de prévention en addictologie (CSAPA). Caractérisée par un fractionnement multiple du soin (diversité d’acteurs professionnels, de temporalités), la prise en charge pluridisciplinaire se construit autour d’un conséquent travail langagier qu’il s’agit d’expliciter : comment le soin est-il construit, conjointement, par le professionnel et l’usager ? Comment est évoquée la vulnérabilité de l’usager et en quoi cela fait-il soin ? La méthodologie d’analyse, fondée sur une double approche séquentielle et thématique du discours, inspirée de l’analyse conversationnelle et de l’analyse du discours, permet de montrer comment le « point sur le traitement de substitution », objet central de ces consultations, se révèle un support pour construire le soin global. Celui-ci se tisse à travers le fractionnement et l’intrication d’une multiplicité d’objets de soin, grâce au travail d’étayage, à la grande disponibilité et adaptabilité des professionnel·les ainsi qu’au caractère routinier des interactions. |

| Summary, etc. | We explore the co-construction of objects of care by examining a set of thirteen consultations in addiction care, support, and prevention centers. In such a multidisciplinary system, the care offered is highly fragmented (among a range of professional actors and temporalities), and is constructed through a work of language. This work is the subject of the present article: How do the professional and the patient construct care together? How is the patient’s vulnerability evoked, and how is it treated? Our methodology is based on a dual approach to discourse, both sequential and thematic. This is inspired by conversational analysis and discourse analysis, and enables us to demonstrate how a “focus on substitution treatment,” the central topic of these consultations, functions as a support in the construction of global care. This is constructed as a multiplicity of care objects are split apart and woven together through support, through the availability and adaptability of professionals, and through the routine nature of the interactions involved. |

| Summary, etc. | Examinamos la co-construcción de los aspectos a abordar en la atención y tratamiento estudiando una colección de trece consultas en el Centro de atención, acompañamiento y prevención de los servicios de adictología (CSAPA, por sus siglas en francés). La atención multidisciplinar, caracterizada por el múltiple fraccionamiento de la atención (diversidad de actores profesionales y de periodos temporales), se construye alrededor de un importante trabajo lingüístico que pretendemos explicitar: ¿cómo construyen conjuntamente la atención el profesional y el usuario? ¿Cómo se alude a la vulnerabilidad del usuario? ¿en qué medida forma esto parte del proceso de cuidado? La metodología de análisis, basada en un doble enfoque, secuencial y temático del discurso (inspirado en el análisis conversacional y del discurso), nos permite mostrar cómo el « examen sobre el tratamiento de sustitución », objeto central de estas consultas, se revela como un soporte para construir una atención sanitaria global. Esto se construye mediante el fraccionamiento e imbricación de una multiplicidad de aspectos a tratar, gracias al trabajo de apoyo y a la gran disponibilidad y adaptabilidad de los profesionales, así como a la naturaleza rutinaria de las interacciones. |
