| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’ouverture internationale de nos économies, l’accroissement accru de la concurrence entre les régions européennes, amènent les responsables économiques des collectivités à repenser leur stratégie d’attractivités des activités. Cette étude tend à appréhender la problématique de l’attractivité des territoires dans un contexte de recherche d’un développement durable. Il apparaît, dans le cadre des zones d’emploi des Pays de l’Adour, que la recherche d’un territoire attractif se fait au détriment du sentiment de durabilité que l’on peut attendre de la croissance au 21ème siècle. Ce travail vient corroborer les conclusions des études faites au niveau mondial par le Programme des Nations Unies au Développement. |

| Summary, etc. | The international opening of our economies, the increase in competition between the European areas, brings the persons in charge to economic strategy of the communities to reconsider their politic of Attractivity. This study tends to apprehend problems of the attractivity of the territories in a context of search for a sustainable development. It appears, within the framework of the zones of use of the Countries of Adour, that the search for a gravitational territory is done with the detriment of the feeling of durability until one can wait of the growth at the 21st century.
