Il s’agit de montrer qu’un environnement favorable à l’appropriation et aux transferts de connaissances peut faciliter l’innovation et encourager les activités entrepreneuriales. Ainsi l’écosystème d’affaires, en englobant la vision de l’écosystème entrepreneurial, dépasse ses frontières territoriales et sectorielles. |
