| Summary, etc. | Les structures d’accompagnement jouent un rôle important dans la survie des entreprises innovantes lors des premiers stades de leur développement. De ce fait, l’État tunisien s’est lancé, depuis les deux dernières décennies, dans un programme national d’implantation de pépinières d’entreprises afin de soutenir la création d’entreprises innovantes. Dans ce cadre, on s’interroge sur le rôle des pépinières du Sahel Tunisien dans l’accompagnement des entrepreneurs innovateurs hébergés. Une étude qualitative exploratoire a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de quatorze entreprises, incubées dans les quatre pépinières du Sahel à savoir : Mahdia Entreprendre, Initiatives Innovantes « Ksar Hellal » à Monastir, Sousse Tech hébergée à l’ISET Sousse et Soft-Tech hébergée à la Technopôle Sousse. Les résultats révèlent que les principaux freins liés à leur processus de création sont d’ordres institutionnels et financiers. Afin d’améliorer l’accompagnement des entrepreneurs innovateurs en phase amont de création de leurs entreprises, des recommandations concrètes ont été formulées. Classification JEL : L26, O32, O38. |

| Summary, etc. | Support structures play an important role in the survival of innovative companies in the early stages of their development. As a result, the Tunisian government has, for the last two decades, embarked on a national program to set up business incubators to support the creation of innovative companies. In this context, we wonder about the role of nurseries in the Sahel Tunisian in supporting innovative entrepreneurs hosted. A qualitative exploratory study was conducted with a sample of fourteen companies, incubated in the four nurseries of the Sahel namely : Mahdia Entreprendre, Innovative Initiatives "Ksar Hellal" in Monastir, Sousse Tech hosted at ISET Sousse and Soft-Tech hosted at the Techno Park Sousse. The results reveal that the main obstacles to their creation process are institutional and financial. In order to improve support for innovative entrepreneurs in the early stages of setting up their businesses, concrete recommendations have been formulated. |
