Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | This article explores the conditions under which epistemic breakthrough innovation is possible. It does so by looking at the determinations liable to emerge from the systems mobilized. These determinations constitute an innovation generating managerial transformations that are in turn described as innovative. This article helps to shed light on the concept of “enantiological transformation,” presenting it as a spatial and foundational sub-structure of innovation and, more broadly, of change. This research was carried out as part of a research-intervention within a consortium of agricultural cooperatives. The aim of this study was to assess the advantages and feasibility of merging thirteen agricultural cooperatives, whose local competitive situation is currently in a stalemate due to financial deficits. These deficits are the result of structural economic and financial crises in their sector of activity, which were compounded by the economic crisis of 2008. The thesis put forward is that the development of business strategies, including their teaching, is still subject to a great deal of epistemic servitude. This servitude inhibits creative and innovative thinking. JEL Codes : O15 |
