| Summary, etc. | Cause of recurring periods of emergency due to natural disasters, local actors are often called upon to participate in recovery and development project. However, it’s noted, at the same time, the gradual loss of autonomy of the local community and the exclusion of their practical knowledge considering of top down logic of social participatory engineering. This injunctive situation is analyzed through two examples drawn from the field of the southern peninsula and some comprehensive interviews illustrating the invisibilization of the actors’ experiential knowledge. For this purpose, the “épistémologie du lien” is proposed as an alternative for a social economy of knowledge inspired by “buen conocer” movement. |

| Summary, etc. | En raison des périodes d’urgence récurrentes dues aux catastrophes naturelles, les acteurs locaux sont souvent enjoints à participer aux projets de relèvement et de développement. Toutefois, il est constaté en même temps une perte progressive d’autonomie des communautés locales et une mise à l’écart de leurs savoirs pratiques, compte tenu des logiques descendantes « top down » de l’ingénierie sociale participative. Cette situation d’injonction est analysée à travers deux exemples tirés du terrain de la Péninsule Sud et des entretiens compréhensifs illustrant cette invisibilisation des savoirs expérientiels des acteurs. A cet effet, l’épistémologie du lien est proposée comme alternative pour une économie sociale de la connaissance inspirée du mouvement « Buen conocer ». |
