Dans un contexte de mondialisation, démontrer comment, de façon générale :les enjeux d’un développement durable au niveau mondial peuvent être analysés et gérés par les concepts de "biens publics mondiaux" et de "coopération internationale";l’industrie mondiale du tourisme en est une qui, par l’étendue de ses infrastructures et de ses activités, mais également par ses impacts sur les communautés hôtes, est un secteur privilégié pour la promotion de biens publics mondiaux, particulièrement celui de travail décent, tel que proposé par l’OIT;en arriver à mieux planifier des "retombées locales" significatives en termes d’emplois décents pour les communautés hôtes dans cette industrie à très forte croissance au niveau mondial. |

We would like to explain in a context of globalisation howThe stakes of durable development at the global level can be analysed and managed by the concepts of ’worlwide public good’ and of ’international cooperation’, the worldwide industry of tourism is one the these which, by the expansion of this infrastructure and of these activities.But also by these impacts on the hosts communities, is a privileged sector for the promotion of worlwide public good, particularly which is one of decent work, such as proposed by the ILO.And to succeed to making a better planning of the local repercussions which could be significant as concerns the decent employment for the hosts communities in this industry which, knows a important increase at the worldwide level.This article is studying how the factual communication fit the communication strategy in twenty french firms in terms of turnover. Is-it used as an instrument of opportunity or does-it fit into a deliberate strategy having the aim to build a competitive advantage like some authors would suggest ? |
