| Summary, etc. | Les métiers paramédicaux souffrent d’un manque d’attractivité, notamment en raison de perspectives d’évolution de carrière limitées. L’universitarisation des formations paramédicales constitue un enjeu majeur pour ces professions. Cependant, le processus est complexe, regroupant à la fois des dimensions pédagogiques, institutionnelles et professionnelles. Nous présentons ici la construction d’une expérimentation d’universitarisation selon le décret du 11 mai 2020. Nous montrons comment la dynamique de co-construction peut se mettre en place entre université et instituts de formation professionnalisants pour offrir aux étudiants des formations paramédicales les droits étudiants et les perspectives de toutes les formations universitaires. |

| Summary, etc. | In France,”paramedical professions” suffer from a lack of attractiveness, notably due to limited career development prospects. The university integration of paramedical training is a major challenge for these professions. Moreover, the process is complex, bringing together educational, institutional and professional dimensions. We present the construction of a university integration experiment according to the decree of May 11, 2020.We show how the dynamics of co-construction can be set up between university and professional training institutes to offer students of paramedical training, student rights and the prospects of all university trainings. |
