Nous analysons sa mise en place et les difficultés de son déploiement dans l’univers concurrentiel du sport-santé. Il répond à un double enjeu : satisfaire les injonctions de santé publique mais aussi rechercher des financements supplémentaires. Des difficultés de nature culturelle, structurelle et organisationnelle sont observées à plusieurs niveaux. |
