| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’objectif de l’article est tout d’abord de dresser une classification des pratiques d’exploration prospective. Fondée sur l’attitude du dirigeant à l’égard du temps et sur le niveau du travail d’exploration, cette typologie permet de mettre en évidence quatre pratiques complémentaires. Un cadre stratégique général est ensuite proposé pour mettre en cohérence ces différentes pratiques. La stratégie y est vue comme un processus de génération, de sélection et de coordination des projets. |

Based on the attitude towards the time and the level of exploratory work, this typology can highlight four practices. A strategic framework is then proposed to bring coherence to these practices.
