La combinaison d’une vie professionnelle et d’une vie scolaire influence t-elle ce jugement à l’égard de l’apprentissage ? L’analyse menée auprès d’apprentis du supérieur démontre que plus ils sont satisfaits de leur apprentissage, plus ils s’engagent pour l’entreprise. Le soutien organisationnel et l’enrichissement Travail-Ecole sont des leviers à cette satisfaction. |
