L’objectif de cet article est de rendre compte des interactions sociales dans la consommation alimentaire des enfants. Les auteurs soutiennent l’idée force qu’il est important de considérer l’apprentissage dans une perspective systémique/ écologique intégrant un ensemble de facteurs environnementaux, sociaux et culturels en interaction les uns avec les autres et avec l’enfant. Ceci fournit une grille de lecture plus complète de la compréhension du comportement alimentaire au sein de la famille et des problèmes de santé qui lui sont associés comme l’obésité. |
