| Summary, etc. | À la suite des accords commerciaux et des groupements promus par les pays les plus avancés, depuis deux décennies des mutations sont intervenues dans les formes d’intégration régionale, avec le rapprochement de pays inégalement développés. Dans quelle mesure les particularismes de ces groupements influencent-ils les processus, les modalités et les effets de cette intégration Nord/Sud ou Ouest/Est ? Une typologie de ces accords montre qu’ils se fondent sur des asymétries caractérisant des formes d’intégration hybrides. La coopération avec des pays plus avancés a pour but de favoriser une meilleure insertion des pays en développement dans la communauté économique et monétaire internationale et leur adaptation aux avancées du multilatéralisme, dans un contexte marqué par la “triadisation” et une diminution de l’aide au développement. |

| Summary, etc. | THE SPECIFICITIES OF INTEGRATION GROUPING BETWEEN DEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES Following the trade agreements and the associations initiated by the most advanced countries over the past two decades, there have been changes with regard to local integration involving the bringing closer of unevenly developed countries. To what extent will the specificity of such grouping bear consequences of the process, methods and effects of this North/South, East/West integration ? A close analysis of these agreements shows that they are based on imbalances which are characteristic of mixed integration patterns. Cooperation with more developed countries aims at fostering a better integration of developing countries into the international, economic and monetary community as well as their adaptation to the progress of multi-lateralism, in an environment characterized by the “triadisation” and a falling aid to development programmes. |
