Ils construisent un corpus spécifique, se démarquant de l’école néo-classique, du keynésiannisme de la synthèse et du marxisme, en termes de séquences déséquilibrées et de pouvoirs des acteurs. En revanche, les référents théoriques, les méthodes et les fondements philosophiques diffèrent entre ces deux pionniers du développement. Ce texte analyse de manière comparative le rôle des acteurs dans les théories du développement de Perroux et de Hirshman, avant de présenter les critiques et le renouveau de leurs théories dans la refondation de l’économie du développement. |
