Cet article étudie l’impact des allotements fermés sur le coût d’opportunité dans le tourisme B2B. Sur un échantillon de 132 hôtels et un tour opérateur français au cours de la période 2006-2007, les résultats montrent que le coût d’opportunité est associé positivement et significativement à la fermeture d’allotements, au lieu et à la catégorie d’un service à forte demande. |

| Summary, etc. | The opportunity cost and the B2B are still unclear topics in revenue management. In this article, we test the closed allotments impact on the opportunity cost in B2B tourism. On a sample of 132 French hotels and a tour operator during a period of one year (2006-2007), empirical findings suggest that opportunity cost is positively and significantly associated with allotments closure, place and service category with high demand. |
