Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the relationships between nurses’ job performance and organizational commitment. An exploratory qualitative analysis with eight persons who work in hospital, permitted to formulate the assumptions of research. The analytical procedure of multiple regressions was utilized to determine the predicting strength among job performance (through job satisfaction, absenteeism, turnover, advancement) and the independent variable: organizational commitment especially with the organizational commitment construct’s of continuance. This study is based on the two constructs of continuance commitment: individuals do not leave a company for fear of losing their benefits, and not being able to find another job. |
