| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente une analyse du treizième scrutin que connaît la Jordanie : ces élections législatives se sont déroulées dans un contexte défavorable pour le royaume qui subit de plein fouet les impasses du processus de paix. La campagne s’est ouverte alors que l’affaire Mish’al se terminait. Après une étude du scrutin et de ses modalités, les auteurs examinent les résultats de la consultation en s’interrogeant sur le boycott des islamistes et d’une partie de l’opposition, et sur les commentaires souvent hâtifs qui ont mis l’accent sur la victoire du tribalisme, la défaite de la gauche et des femmes. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper makes an analysis of the thirteenth elections in Jordan. The legislative elections took place at a difficult time for the kingdom of Jordan, hard hit by the impasse in the peace process. The campaign opened just as the Mish’al affair drew to an end. After studying the elections and the methods used, the authors analyse their results, looking at the boycott by the Islamists and part of the opposition and the often hasty commentaries which emphasised the victory of tribalism, and the defeat of bath women and the left. |
