Summary, etc. | Le commerce équitable part du principe que le consommateur veut être juste. Le consommateur doit donc repérer les produits dont le prix est juste. Pour cela, il s'appuie sur les labels qui sont théoriquement au service de la justice. Pourtant, les labels commerce équitable sont plutôt vus comme un gage de qualité. De plus, s'en remettre aux labels évite au consommateur de s'interroger sur son sens de la justice. En cela, les labels ne sont pas vecteurs de justice mais deviennent un obstacle à sa mise en œuvre. |

Consumer must therefore spot products whose price is fair. For that purpose, he relies on labels which serve justice. Yet, fair trade labels are rather seen as a guarantee of quality. Moreover, to rely on labels avoids to consumer to wonder about his sense of justice. In it, labels are not vectors of justice but become an obstacle to its implementation. |
