| Summary, etc. | L’article propose d’analyser la démarche de Responsabilité Sociale d’une grande entreprise marocaine, l’OCP (Office Chérifien des Phosphates). Dans une première partie, nous rappellerons quelques définitions du concept de RSE dans une perspective systémique et préciserons le contexte marocain afin de déterminer les leviers qui expliquent l’appropriation et la mise en œuvre de démarches RSE au sein des entreprises marocaines. La seconde partie de notre travail sera consacrée à l’analyse de l’évolution de l’OCP dans une économie marocaine en mutation. Notre recherche s’attache à montrer les contraintes auxquelles l’entreprise se trouve confrontée dans son environnement immédiat et international et les réponses qu’elle y apporte et qui sont de nature à modifier sa démarche RSE. |

| Summary, etc. | Our paper aims at analyzing the case of a large Moroccan company : OCP (Office Chérifien des Phosphates). First, we present some definitions of CSR seen in a systemic perspective. We will explain the Moroccan context to determine the opportunities of CSR’s development in Morocco. The second part of our work will be focused on the evolution of the OCP in a changing Moroccan economy. The implementation and evolution of a Corporate Social Responsibility orientation will be exposed. The case discussion attempts to show the constraints the company has to deal with in its immediate and international environment, what are the answers given and the consequences which could be expected regarding the CSR approach. |
