Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | It is about the realization of a feedback (REX) within the framework of the occurrence of an adverse event related to care (EIAS). Inspired by the methods recommended in hospital services by the French National Authority for Health, the objective of this experiment was twofold: to carry out a collective analysis of an EIAS by a primary care team, and to study the feasibility of this experiment in order to perpetuate or not this practice. The conclusions of this work lead us to confirm the interest of this experiment within a primary care team by sensitizing liberal professionals to a reflection on a chain of events at the origin of an EIAS. The feasibility also seems to be confirmed, as much on the form that this REX took to adapt to the constraints of the liberal professions involved as of the establishment of a benevolent atmosphere conducive to exchanges. |
