Ces acteurs sont également mal connus par les entreprises qui tendent pourtant à segmenter leur actionnariat. Grâce à des entretiens semi-directifs réalisés auprès de personnes appartenant à l’entourage des actionnaires individuels et d’actionnaires individuels, l’idée de cette étude exploratoire est précisément de mieux connaître les spécificités de ce type d’actionnaires. |

| Summary, etc. | The originality of this research is justified by the scarcity of the studies having treated minority individual shareholders. These actors are also badly known by the companies which however tend to segment their shareholding. Thanks to semi-directing interviews with people belonging to the entourage of the individual investors and individual investors, the idea of this exploratory study is precisely better to know specificities of this kind of investors. |
