Funck Brentano, pionnier de l’informatique médicale en 1980, l’informatique devait « favoriser un retour en force de l’humanisme en santé », en permettant au médecin de se consacrer au dialogue intimiste qui fait toute la force du « colloque singulier ». Ces évolutions devaient donc nous permettre de faciliter notre pratique, d’échanger, de se coordonner, et d’offrir une meilleure prise en charge pour nos patients. Mais les médecins généralistes sont-ils satisfaits de leurs outils numériques (logiciels métiers, agendas numériques, téléconsultation) et quelles sont leurs principales attentes ? |

| Summary, etc. | According to JL Funck Brentano, pioneer of medical informatics in 1980, informatics should “promote a strong comeback of humanism in healthcare”, by allowing the doctor to devote himself to the intimate dialogue which is the strength of the “unique conference”. These changes should therefore allow us to facilitate our practice, to exchange views, to coordinate, and to offer better care for our patients. But are general practitioners satisfied with their digital tools (business software, digital agendas, teleconsultation) and what are their main expectations? |
