| Summary, etc. | L’utilisation de l’Asthma Control Test (ACT) fait partie des recommandations de bonne pratique pour aider les soignants à évaluer le contrôle de la maladie asthmatique. D’après la littérature, son intérêt semble démontré d’un point de vue biomédical. Cette étude, issue d’un travail de thèse et conduite auprès de médecins généralistes (MG) à l’aide d’un guide d’entretien ouvert, a pour but d’exposer le point de vue de ces derniers concernant la pertinence et les enjeux à utiliser cet outil dans leur pratique. Les résultats montrent que les MG portent un regard positif sur l’outil, dans sa forme et son contenu, et que les enjeux pédagogiques selon la façon dont le soignant interagit avec le soigné peuvent être multiples. |

| Summary, etc. | The use of the Asthma Control Test (ACT) is one of the best practice recommendations to help caregivers assess asthma control. According to the literature, its interest seems demonstrated from a biomedical point of view. This study, resulting from a thesis work and conducted with general practitioners (GPs) using an open interview guide, aims to present the latter’s point of view concerning the relevance and challenges in using this tool in their practice. The results show that GPs have a positive view of the tool, in its form and content, and that the educational issues depending on the way in which the caregiver interacts with the patient can be multiple. |
