| Summary, etc. | Une enquête a été menée auprès de patients téléconsultant des médecins généralistes via des bornes (cabines) de téléconsultation implantées en pharmacie. La numérisation de la santé apporte satisfaction aux patients-usagers même si ceux-ci sont fragiles vis-à-vis de l’utilisation de leurs données de santé. L’interface virtuelle peut freiner les plus âgés. Les utilisateurs ne considèrent pas les téléconsultations comme de réelles consultations mettant en jeu une démarche diagnostique et décisionnelle, mais comme un moyen d’obtenir une ordonnance et de valider leur auto-diagnostic. L’outil n’est utilisé qu’en cas d’indisponibilité du médecin traitant. Il est partie intégrante des soins non programmés. Il apparait comme une porte d’entrée vers la délégation de certains soins non programmés aux pharmaciens d’officine. |

| Summary, etc. | A survey of patients teleconsulting GPs via pharmacy-based teleconsultation kiosks has shed light on their use of this telemedicine tool. The digitization of healthcare brings satisfaction to patient users, even if they are fragile with regard to the use of their health data. The virtual interface may discourage older patients. Users do not see teleconsultations as real consultations involving diagnosis and decision-making, but as a means of obtaining a prescription and validating their self-diagnosis. The tool is only used when the attending physician is unavailable. It is an integral part of unscheduled care. It appears to be a gateway to the delegation of certain unscheduled care to pharmacists. |
