| Summary, etc. | The worsening inequalities in access to care, particularly in areas described as “medical deserts”, is a major public health problem that no policy has succeeded in curbing. How can we encourage the installation of young doctors in under-dense areas? What solutions should you consider? To provide some answers, we conducted a quantitative study among doctors recently established in these areas and attempted to identify the main determinants that favored their installation. |
