| Summary, etc. | Les instabilités politiques à travers le monde ont entraîné l’afflux des réfugiés et migrants vers l’Europe ces dernières années. Ces vagues migratoires, qualifiées de crise des migrants de par leur ampleur, pèsent de manière inégale sur les pays européens et divisent les décideurs politiques dans leurs approches pour y faire face. Cet article propose d’inscrire la crise des migrants dans un contexte plus général des entraves à la globalisation et des défaillances institutionnelles dans les pays d’origine des migrants, afin d’analyser des stratégies pouvant aider à sortir de manière pérenne de cette crise. |

| Summary, etc. | Countries in Europe face massive flows of refugees and migrants resulting from political instabilities in the world. These migratory flows, termed European migrant crisis, make a clear divide among policymakers on how to successfully tackle the crisis. The goal of this paper is to understand the migrant crisis in connection with issues relating to globalization and the institutional failures in the country of origin of migrants. In doing so, we were able to provide some sustainable strategies to resolve the migrant crisis. |
