| Summary, etc. | La présente revue de littérature a pour objectif d’analyser les enjeux théoriques et managériaux du choix et de la gestion des alliances stratégiques dans l’univers de la microfinance. L’analyse révèle que les motivations à l’engagement dans une stratégie d’alliance en microfinance sont identiques à celles des firmes classiques. Par contre, la gestion des alliances financières d’inclusion présente des caractéristiques singulières pour la sélection du partenaire, la négociation, la formalisation, le pilotage et l’appréciation de la performance. | Summary, etc. | This literature review aims to analyze the theoretical and managerial issues of the decisions and management of strategic alliances in microfinance. The analysis reveals that the reasons behind engaging in an alliance strategy in microfinance are identical to those of conventional firms. However, the management of financial alliances for inclusion presents unique characteristics for partner selection, negotiation, formalization, management, and performance assessment.
