| Summary, etc. | Cet article porte sur l’analyse de « moments critiques » ( critical junctures) dans la transition politique libyenne, afin de mettre en évidence les processus de reconfigurations élitaires, tant dans leurs statuts que dans leurs stratégies ou leurs pratiques. Ces moments structurent l’accélération des mécanismes de compétition entre acteurs et illustrent particulièrement la recomposition d’anciennes pratiques d’État rentier en nouvelles logiques néopatrimoniales. Prenant place dans un contexte spécifique et discontinu qui est celui de la guerre civile, tout en étant, aussi, marqués par les stigmates du passé, ces processus permettent ainsi de questionner la réalité d’une transition politique libyenne. | Summary, etc. | This article focuses on the analysis of "critical junctures" in the Libyan political transition in order to highlight the processes of elite reconfigurations, both in their status and in their strategies or practices. These moments structure the acceleration of the mechanisms of competition between actors and illustrate the reconfiguration of old rentier state practices in new neo-patrimonial logics. Taking place in the extraordinary and discontinuous context of the civil war, while also being marked by the scars of the past, these processes allow us to question the reality of a Libyan political transition. |
