| Summary, etc. | Les villes et les territoires se réinventent pour répondre aux besoins de la société post-moderne dans laquelle les émotions se combinent à la rationalité pour proposer de nouveaux modes de vivre-ensemble. Dans le cadre d’un projet I-Site FUTUR de l’Université Paris-Est en partenariat avec EIFFAGE, nous étudions dans cet article un écoquartier de la périphérie parisienne, sous le prisme des modèles de l’ alter-organisation. Parce que, dans un contexte d’ alter-organisation, il convient de prendre en compte non plus l’individu (interchangeable) mais la personne avec ses spécificités, les émotions deviennent un élément incontournable à la compréhension de ces nouvelles formes de vivre ensemble. |

| Summary, etc. | Cities and territories are re-inventing themselves to meet the needs of a post-modern society in which emotions combine with rationality to propose new ways of living together. In the framework of an I-Site FUTUR project of the Université Paris Est, in partnership with EIFFAGE, we study in this article an eco-neighborhood on the outskirts of Paris through the lens of alter-organization models. Because, in an alter-organization context, it is no longer appropriate to consider the individual (interchangeable) but rather the person with their distinctive characteristics, as emotions become an essential element in understanding these new forms of living together. |
