| Summary, etc. | L’objet de cet article est d’analyser la stratégie chinoise de rattrapage technologique dans le domaine de l’aviation civile. Nous procéderons en cinq étapes. On débutera par un retour sur les premières décennies de l’histoire aéronautique chinoise. Puis on analysera la politique industrielle qui, à partir des années 1990, a mené à la constitution des deux champions nationaux que sont AVIC et COMAC. Dans un troisième temps on décryptera le programme phare qu’est le C919. Dans un quatrième, on étudiera la place de la production chinoise dans le marché mondial. Pour finir, on fera le point sur la réalité du « pillage » technologique chinois dans le domaine de la construction aéronautique. |

| Summary, etc. | The subject matter of this article is to analyse the Chinese technological catchup-strategy in the field of civil aircraft industry. The five parts of this article are respectively dedicated to : the first steps of the Chinese aircraft industry, the industrial policy decided in the early 90s that led to the creation of the two main Chinese aircraft companies: AVIC and COMAC, the C919 program that is the current leading civil aeronautical program in China, the potential share of the Chinese aircraft production in the world market and, finally, the way China acquires foreign scientific and technological knowledge. |
