Summary, etc. | Aujourd’hui, il est crucial de réaliser des investissements immatériels à long terme compte tenu de leurs effets sur la croissance économique. La bonne gestion du capital humain constitue un levier de croissance économique et du développement des entreprises ; elle permet en effet d’améliorer la politique sociale menée et la prospérité de l’entreprise. Dans ce cadre, le modèle d’évaluation comptable du capital humain proposé par Méreaux et al. (2012) se présente comme un outil de gestion « responsable » qui pourrait permettre de concilier les intérêts des différentes parties prenantes, au service de l’emploi et de la croissance économique. |

Management of the human capital contributes to increasing economic growth and the development of enterprises; it enables the improvement of social policies and the prosperity of companies. In this perspective, the accounting evaluation model of human capital advanced by Méreaux and al. (2012) can be considered as a « CSR » management tool that could enable reconciliation of stakeholders, and improve employment and economic growth. |
