| Summary, etc. | Les tentatives de mesure régulière de l’activité scientifique universitaire en France, et plus particulièrement en sciences de gestion depuis dix ans, ont montré l’importance du référencement « Revues scientifiques ». Les glissements que l’on a observés en faveur de ces dernières montrent que l’objectif initial – vérifier l’activité de recherche dans le supérieur – n’est plus qu’un souvenir à côté d’enjeux aboutissant à la gestion directe des carrières des maîtres de conférences et des professeurs des universités, voire à la création d’une caste de chercheurs publics contraints d’assumer un volume de travail supplémentaire. Le discours sur la crédibilité des enseignants chercheurs via ce type de publications aboutit, au final, à la création d’un stress récurrent… et à un affaiblissement de la recherche. |

| Summary, etc. | The attempts of measuring regularly the academic scientific activity in France, and more particularly in sciences of management for the last ten years, has showed the importance of Scientific journals’ referencing. The slidings, observed in favour of the latter, show that the initial objective - to check the activity of research in the higher education system – has disappeared in front of new stakes. Consequently the direct management of both the lecturers’ and university professors’ careers has arisen, even in the creation of a caste of public researchers forced to assume a certain amount of additional work. The speech about the credibility of the professors via this type of publications leads eventually to a recurring stress… and weakening of the research. |
