| Summary, etc. | L’article porte sur un dispositif participatif : le grand débat national (GDN), et une de ses modalités, les cahiers citoyens et d’expression libre. Proposés par l’exécutif début 2019 à la suite du mouvement social des Gilets jaunes pour – officiellement – recueillir des propositions émanant de la société civile, les cahiers s’inscrivent dans une mémoire historique et discursive liée à l’Ancien Régime. Dans le cadre du GDN, nous faisons l’hypothèse d’un double mouvement de dépolitisation/(re)politisation : mouvement à la fois marqué par un geste présidentiel dépolitisant et par une (re)politisation citoyenne du dispositif, dont nous saisissons l’expression selon une perspective d’analyse du discours, par l’élaboration d’un modèle intégré. |

| Summary, etc. | The article focuses on a participatory mechanism: the Great National Debate ( Grand Débat National – GDN), and one of its modalities, the citizens’ free expression notebooks. Proposed by the executive in early 2019 following the Yellow Vests social movement to – officially – record suggestions made by civil society, the books are part of a historical and discursive memory linked to the Ancien Régime. In the context of the GDN, we hypothesise a double movement of depoliticisation/(re)politicisation: a movement marked both by a depoliticising presidential gesture, and by a citizen-led repoliticisation of the mechanism, whose expression we grasp from a discourse analysis perspective, through the development of an integrated model. |

| Summary, etc. | El artículo trata sobre un dispositivo participativo: el gran debate nacional (GDN) y una de sus modalidades, los cuadernos ciudadanos y de libre expresión. Propuestos por el Ejecutivo a principios de 2019 tras el movimiento social de los chalecos amarillos para, –oficialmente–, recoger propuestas procedentes de la sociedad civil, los cuadernos se inscriben en una memoria histórica y discursiva vinculada al antiguo régimen . En el marco del GDN, asumimos la hipótesis de un doble movimiento de despolitización/(re)politización, que está marcado, a la vez, por un gesto presidencial despolitizador y por una (re)politización ciudadana del dispositivo, cuya expresión captamos desde una perspectiva de análisis del discurso, desarrollando un modelo integrado. |
