| Summary, etc. | Résumé Les troubles du cycle menstruel sont un motif fréquent de consultation à l’adolescence. Il peut s’agir d’une aménorrhée primaire, éventuellement associée à un retard pubertaire, ou d’une aménorrhée secondaire, avec présence ou non d’une hyperandrogénie. Les étiologies sont multiples : ovariennes, surrénaliennes, hypophysaires, anatomiques, fonctionnelles… La démarche diagnostique doit être rigoureuse et un bilan exhaustif doit être réalisé afin de ne pas méconnaître une pathologie organique. Le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques (SOPK) est l’étiologie la plus fréquente de troubles du cycle à l’adolescence. Cependant, le diagnostic et la prise en charge du SOPK dans cette tranche d’âge restent aujourd’hui encore mal codifiés. |

| Summary, etc. | Menstrual disorders are a frequent reason for consultation in adolescence. It may be primary amenorrhea, possibly associated with delayed puberty or secondary amenorrhea, with or without hyperandrogenism. Etiologies are multiple: Ovarian, adrenal, pituitary, anatomical, functional... The diagnostic approach must be rigorous and an exhaustive checkup must be made in order not to ignore an organic pathology. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common etiology of cycle disorders in adolescence. However, the diagnosis and management of PCOS in this age group are still poorly codified currently. |
