| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article, nous avançons quelques arguments montrant que l’aide à la décision est utile pour soutenir une démarche d’innovation. Les concepts de l’aide à la décision permettent de caractériser finement une innovation, en la reliant à l’existant, comme une évolution et non comme une rupture. La démarche méthodologique de l’aide à la décision, en se superposant au management et à la qualité, peut contribuer à clarifier les règles de gouvernance d’une entreprise innovante pour une création responsable de valeurs, en particulier en termes de capital humain. Trois retours d’expérience sont ensuite présentés. |

| Summary, etc. | In this paper, we propose some arguments showing that decision aiding is useful for supporting an innovation approach. The concepts of decision aiding allow to finely characterize innovation, by linking it to the current situation, as an evolution rather than a disruption. The methodological approach of decision aiding, by going over management and quality helps clarifying the rules of governance of an innovative company responsible for the creation of value, especially in terms of human capital. Three lessons learned are then presented. |
