| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de tirer les enseignements d’un exemple innovant portant sur le rôle des enseignants-chercheurs en gestion dans l’animation de programmes intégrant la RSE au travers du lien entre théorie et pratique. Cet exemple montre comment l’accompagnement de l’éducation au management s’inscrit dans un rapport dialectique entre les enseignants-chercheurs et les pratiques professionnelles développées dans le cadre d’une alternance en entreprise ou organisation. L’artice conduit à s’interroger sur la manière de réussir l’intégration de la responsabilité sociale et sociétale des entreprises et organisations et d’en esquisser les impacts pour les parties prenantes, à commencer par les étudiants. |

| Summary, etc. | The objective of this article is to draw lessons from an innovative example concerning the role of management teachers-researchers in the animation of programs integrating CSR through the link between theory and practice. This example shows how the support of management education is part of a dialectical relationship between teacher-researchers and the professional practices developed in the context of a work-study program in a company or organization. The artice leads to question the way to succeed in the integration of the social and societal responsibility of companies and organizations and to outline the impacts for the stakeholders, starting with the students. |
