Summary, etc. |

Summary, etc. | Since a few years, we are assisting to the development of social networks as major tool of new strategies of organizational communication: “the sites of social networks were quickly transformed in phenomenoms of mass” (Gueorguieva, 2008). This excitement also affects organizational structures, with in particular the development of networks of business managers. These leaders invest these new communication tools to improve or sit their mode of management. By the study of the terms set up in networks of men and women leaders we will try to perceive if one “gendered communicology” (Ashcraft and Mumby, 2004) develops itself. |
