Les dispositifs institutionnels se multiplient, il devient par conséquent, de plus en plus complexe de comprendre l’organisation des diverses entités qui jalonnent dans le secteur de la téléassistance. La multiplicité des dispositifs institutionnels requiert une coordination multi niveaux. Ce papier va s’attacher à comprendre comment les compromis se fondent et s’organisent au regard de différentes formes organisationnelles des différentes structures. |

Institutional arrangements are multiplying; it becomes therefore increasingly complex to understand the organization of the various entities that mark in the telecare industry. The multiplicity of institutional devices requires a multi-level coordination. This paper aims at understanding how compromises are interrelated and organized under different organizational forms of different structures. |
