| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution s’intéresse aux outils numériques des métiers du management et leur influence sur la dynamique sociale et productive des entreprises. Appuyés sur une approche communicationnelle ethno-sémiotique, informés par les théories de l’écrit d’écran et de l’économie politique de la trivialité, nous interrogeons en quoi ces outils conditionnent les pratiques de gestion et par quels moyens et mécanismes s’établit leur opérativité symbolique.L’étude de cas du logiciel de gestion du travail Asana nous a permis de montrer trois choses. Premièrement, l’outil numérique impose un cadre de lecture et d’interprétation qui guide et oriente le regard de l’utilisateur à travers la mise en valeur d’une conception technique du management. Deuxièmement, il exige une forte scripturialisation des processus de travail par la rationalisation, division, création et visualisation de tâches à l’aide du logiciel. Enfin, il suggère et balise les usages par un dispositif pédagogique systématiquement présent sur son site web mais aussi par les modèles d’utilisation mis à disposition des utilisateurs du logiciel. |

| Summary, etc. | This contribution focuses on digital management tools and their influence on the social and productive dynamics of companies. Based on a communicational approach, informed by the theories of screen writings and of the political economy of triviality, we ask two main questions : How does these management tools condition management and work practices and by what means, and mechanisms is established their symbolic operativity ?A detailed case study of project management software Asana allowed us to show three things. First, that digital tools impose a framework of reading and interpretation that guides and directs the user’s gaze through a technical conception of work and management. Second, that it requires a strong scripturalization of work processes by rationalizing, dividing, creating, and visualizing tasks using software. Finally, that it suggests, and marks out uses with a pedagogical device systematically present on its website but also with templates made available to users. |
