Summary, etc. | L’article s’intéresse à une organisation associative à but non lucratif qui a fait le choix atypique de structurer son management autour de plusieurs outils logiciels. Nous tenterons de répondre à différents questionnements qui accompagnent l’association : comment capitaliser les données générées et échangées tout au long du processus associatif pour conserver un regard critique sur ses propres actions et favoriser la réflexivité ? Et surtout, sur quels outils s’appuyer ?Pour répondre à ces questions, nous nous appuierons sur une méthode ethnographique (observation, entretiens et archives). Et après avoir décrit l’association, ses spécificités et ses objectifs à long terme, nous rendrons compte de comment elle a organisé son management autour de l’utilisation de différents outils numériques qui répondent aux besoins : communiquer, gérer et stocker. Nous expliciterons en quoi et comment la triade : Redmine, Zulip et Nextcloud, répond à ces besoins. De plus, nous montrerons en quoi leur maîtrise et leur utilisation collective participe à renforcer la structure de l’association. Nous ferons aussi état des difficultés inhérentes à l’introduction de ces outils : doutes, résistances au changement, mauvaises utilisations, bugs. Enfin, nous évaluerons dans quelle mesure ces outils permettent que l’association puisse mieux enquêter sur ses propres pratiques afin de nourrir une forme de réflexivité institutionnelle. |

Summary, etc. | The article deals with a non-profit association which has made the atypical choice to structure its management with several digital tools. Various questions came up as : how to capitalize the data generated and exchanged throughout the associative process to keep a critical eye on their own actions and promote reflexivity ? And above all, on which tools should we rely on ? To answer those questions, we’ll follow an ethnographic method (observation, interviews, and archives). After describing the association, its specificity, and its long-term objectives, we will report on how we organized its management using digital tools with the needs : communicate, manage and store. We will explain how the triad : Redmine, Zulip and Nextcloud, can answer these needs. Then we will show how the collective use of these tools contributes to the structure the association. We will also explain difficulties inherent in the introduction of these tools as doubts, resistance to change, misuse, bugs… Finally, we will focus on a way to investigate the organization own practices to build a new form of reflexivity. |
