| Summary, etc. | Ce texte propose d’interroger les évolutions des technologies organisationnelles numériques de la Presse Quotidienne Régionale (PQR) dans leur rapport à l’information, à l’innovation managériale et éditoriale, aux pratiques professionnelles et au rôle du journaliste dans un nouvel écosystème numérique et médiatique. Ce dernier est de plus en plus marqué par « l’invasion » de nouveaux acteurs et d’intermédiaires puissants. À partir d’une étude qualitative, nous montrerons que l’innovation technologique constitue une circonstance permettant l’amélioration de la productivité, de la compétitivité, de l’organisation interne et externe, du renouvellement de la ligne éditoriale et du modèle économique des journaux quotidiens régionaux, comme le « Quotidien D ». Nous défendrons l’idée que le journaliste localier reste toujours le « chef d’orchestre » d’une presse locale fondée sur le principe de proximité – au lectorat et au territoire – et que cette numérisation permet au localier de renouveler ce lien et de retrouver sa légitimité en tant que gateKeeper de l’information. |

| Summary, etc. | This text proposes to examine the evolution of digital organizational technologies of the Regional Daily Press (RDP) in their relation to information, managerial and editorial innovation, the professional practices, and role of the journalist in a new digital and media ecosystem. The latter is increasingly marked by the « invasion » of new actors and powerful intermediaries. Based on a qualitative study, we will show that technological innovation is an opportunity to improve productivity, competitiveness, internal and external organization, renewal of the editorial line and economic model of regional daily newspapers, such as the “Daily Newspaper D”. We will defend the idea that the local journalist always remains the “conductor” of a local press based on the principle of proximity -to the readership and to the territory- and that this digitization allows the local to renew this link and regain its legitimacy as an information gateKeeper. |
